October 24, 2018 — Trader Joe’s has recalled certain fresh salads and carnitas burritos because a vegetable ingredient may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella.
The recall was announced after Trader Joe’s was notified by a supplier that the corn or onion ingredient may pose a risk of food poisoning. No illnesses have been reported.
The recall involves the following Trader Joe’s foods:

All of the recalled products have been removed from sale and destroyed.
