Farmalac Infant Formula Recall
On May 24, 2024, Dairy Manufacturers Inc. of Prosper, Texas, announced a recall for all lot codes of Crecelac and Farmalac Infant Formula because they were sold illegally in the U.S.
How To Identify Recalled Infant Formula
- CRECELAC INFANT Powdered Goat-Milk Infant Formula with Iron 0 to 12 months – Net Wt. 12.4 oz (352g)

- Farmalac BABY Powdered Infant Formula with Iron Low Lactose 0 to 12 months Net Wt. 12.4 oz (352g)
What Happened?
Dairy Manufacturers never submitted the mandatory pre-market notification to the FDA, so the recalled products were never evaluated by the FDA to determine whether they meet U.S. food safety and nutritional standards for infant formula. No illnesses were reported.
